As is always the case with NHL goalies, there are wild swings in who controls the crease. This is especially true in 1A/1B tandems, but also where a highly touted young goalie pops onto the scene. Other factors include track record, upside, age, team and injury history. Notes made in previous rankings may carry over to new rankings if they remain relevant.
